Silver build

Roaming Ambush Bruiser

By Deadlock Lab Updated May 17, 2026

Silver build focused on lane advantage, early roams, and midgame catch potential. It is strongest when you force fights.

ROAM-FOCUSED BUILD

Build a lead in lane. Use it early.

This build is for players who want to leave lane early and play around Silver's first strong item timings. Slowing Bullets and Express Shot give her burst, chase, and a strong roam window. Cold Front and Silence Wave give her a reliable way to catch targets in midgame fights. Early points in Entangling Bola matter more on this page because the build is trying to start fights on its own terms.

This build does not scale as well as Silver's frontliner setup. Use the early and midgame timings to force fights while they are strongest. If the match goes long, trade some early damage for more durability so Silver can enter fights earlier and stay alive longer in Lycan Curse.

If the match goes long, some early damage items can be sold for more durability when you need to play as a frontliner.

Lane Items and First Rotations

Early Game Build Path

Situational lane toolsWeave these in when the matchup, wave state, or first roam path asks for them.
Melee Lifesteal
Restorative Shot
Extra Health
Extra Stamina
Close Quarters
Slowing Bullets
Monster Rounds
Restorative Locket
Rebuttal
High-Velocity Rounds
Battle Vest
Rusted Barrel

Buy at least one sustain item in lane. Start with Restorative Shot when the matchup forces you to play farther back. Start with Melee Lifesteal whenever you can use it safely. It is the preferred opener. It stays useful for longer, and it works well with Boot Kick, Go For The Throat, Mauling Leap, and normal melees.

After the sustain item, the usual purchases are Extra Health, Extra Stamina, Close Quarters, and Slowing Bullets. These items keep you healthy in lane while giving you mobility, damage, and slow so you can secure kills when you gank. Extra Health is a simple early health buy when you need more room to trade. Try to buy it before you get low.

Melee Lifesteal is especially strong on Silver because Boot Kick can apply it without a normal melee first. Watch the proc before you kick a hero. It is easy to spend it on a minion by mistake. That health swing often decides the lane.

  • If you start with Restorative Shot, a fast early weapon line can be Monster Rounds, Close Quarters, Slowing Bullets, and High-Velocity Rounds. This gives you enough pressure to leave lane earlier after your first health item.
  • Buy Battle Vest, Rusted Barrel, Restorative Locket, or Rebuttal only when the matchup requires them.
  • The goal of this section is simple: get a lane lead, keep lane control, stay healthy, and be ready to leave lane as soon as the next items are finished.

Midgame Items and Fight Setup

Mid Game Build Path

Express Shot
Fortitude
Cold Front
Silence Wave
Hunter's Aura
Hunter's Aura
Cold Front
Silence Wave
Stamina Mastery
Warp Stone
Spirit Resilience

Express Shot is the biggest early burst damage spike in this build. Once it is finished, abuse that timing by playing aggressively and roaming through the map instead of sitting in lane.

Fortitude gives you the health and sustain needed to stay on the map between fights. After that, choose between two paths. Buy Cold Front and Silence Wave first when you need a more reliable catch. Buy Hunter's Aura first when you want better close-range damage and stronger focus on one target. Its aura is excellent against isolated enemies, which makes it great for picks, and it stays useful into mid and late game because it affects everyone in teamfights.

The Silence Wave path is usually better against teams that rely on one defensive button to stop your engage, such as Viscous with The Cube or Lady Geist with Soul Exchange. It also gives more value to the early points in Entangling Bola, because the root is much harder to answer once the silence lands. Hunter's Aura first is better when you can already stay on top of targets and only need more damage to finish them.

After these three midgame items, buy at least one vitality item before you rely on Lycan Curse as your main commit. The goal is to have enough health to cast Lycan Curse before you die, not to transform at one hit and hope the fight resets around you.

  • Buy Warp Stone when ranged heroes and being kited are the main problem.
  • Buy Spirit Resilience when you need more raw durability and a safer transform window.
